摘要
通过对河北省果树AM真菌资源的调查.发现果树中均有AM真菌分布.以Glomus、Gigas-pora,Acaulospora为主、其中以Olomus属的种类最多。在AM真菌资源调查的基础上.从来自4个地区的8种果树中选择了侵染率较高、根际土壤中孢子数量较多的10个AM真菌菌株,进行优良菌株的筛选试验。结果表明.NM、G、S3个菌株对苹果组培苗有较强的侵染能力,并明显促进其生长。这为今后优良菌株的进一步测试以及苹果树苗根化苗木的培育提供了必要的前提。
Resources of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) of fruit trees cultivated in Hebei province wereresearched. AMF were found in the roots of all sampled fruit trees. AMF mainly included 3 genera ofGlomus, Gigaspora and Acaulospora in the fruit trees of Hebei province, and the types of Glomus were thegreatest. On the basis of investigation of AMF resources, 10 strains with a high infection percentageand spore numbers were selected from 8 species of fruit trees in 4 different regions. The experiment ofselecting good strains was conducted. Results showed that 3 strains of NM. G, S were better thanothers because of their stronger infection potentials and effect of promoting growth on the tissue-cultured plantlets of apple.
