牙釉质仿生再矿化研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目的综述牙釉质再矿化的仿生合成方法。方法近来,牙釉质仿生再矿化的方法主要有磷灰石与胶原直接共混、模拟生理环境浸泡法、前驱液矿化沉积法、引入功能基团的仿生矿化、功能化表面促形核诱导沉积法、自组装单分子层法等。结果通过仿生合成技术,从成分上到结构上模拟出类牙釉质矿化物。结论通过牙釉质仿生再矿化有望修复龋病引起的牙体缺损。
