摘要
以小金海棠、山定子为试材,研究了不同温度处理对二个苹果基因型铁离子吸收动力学特性的影响。结果表明:小金海棠、山定子幼苗对铁离子的吸收均符合Michaelis-Menten离子吸收动力学规律,除基因型外,离子吸收动力学参数还受到介质温度的影响;介质温度、介质供铁水平均影响幼苗的铁吸收速率及铁吸收总量。在相同条件下,小金海棠比山定子有较大的铁吸收速率和铁吸收总量。与山定子相比,小金海棠对铁离子的亲和力较高,吸收能力较强,属于铁高效苹果基因型。
Malus xiaojinensis Cheng et Jiang and M. baccata(L. ) Borkh were used in this study to compare effects of temperature on iron absorption kinetics between these two species. The results obtained from this study showed that the iron uptake rates of intact roots for both species were found to follow Michaelis-Menten curve and were influenced by factors including genotype, temperature and iron level. Compared with M. baccata, M. xiaojinensis had higher affinity with iron and greater iron absorption rate.The results lead to the conclusion that M. xiaojinensis was an iron-efficient genotype in Genus Malus in consideration at least with its iron absorption kinetics.
