医院使用中消毒剂的监测结果分析与管理

Analysis and management of monitoring results of disinfectants used in hospitals

目的了解使用中消毒剂的微生物污染状况,探讨使用中消毒剂的管理方法。方法对全院各科室使用中消毒剂包括戊二醛、75%乙醇、聚维酮碘、快速手消毒液、碘酊进行采样检测,采样过程中记录消毒剂使用不规范的环节,分析原因,制定干预措施,督导干预措施有效实施,比较实施干预措施前后使用中消毒剂微生物污染状况。结果实施干预措施前采集使用中消毒剂样本414份,合格363份,合格率87.68%,实施干预措施后采集使用中消毒剂样本361份,合格351份,合格率97.23%,实施干预措施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论必须重视使用中消毒剂的监测及管理,规范临床消毒剂的使用管理,正确使用消毒剂,有效预防和控制医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the microbial contamination of disinfectants in use,and explore the management of disinfectants in use.METHODS Sampling test was performed for the disinfectants in use in all departments of hospital,including glutaraldehyde,75% alcohol,iodophor,fast hand disinfectant and iodine.The non-standard link in the process of using disinfectants was recorded,the reasons were analyzed,interventions were developed,the effective implementation of interventions was supervised and the microbial contamination of disinfectants in use before and after interventions were implemented and compared.RESULTS Totally 414 samples of disinfectants in use were collected before the interventions,363 of which were qualified,with qualified rate of 87.68%.Three hundred and sixty-one samples of disinfectants in use were collected after the interventions,351 of which were qualified,with qualified rate of 97.23%.Comparing the two sets of data,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION We must pay more attention to the monitoring and management of disinfectants in use,regulate the management of using clinical disinfectants,use disinfectants in proper way,effectively prevent and control hospital infections.
