摘要
目的通过化学过程验证装置(PCD)监测、模拟生物PCD监测和人工染菌牙科手机验证小型预真空灭菌器不同程序的灭菌效果,进而选择简便、易行、安全的灭菌监测方法。方法将染菌牙科手机、化学PCD、模拟生物PCD放置于小型预真空灭菌器内的排气口上方,分别选择灭菌器的通用程序和快速程序,经过一个灭菌周期后,取出化学PCD、模拟生物PCD和牙科手机,观察试验结果并记录。结果小型预真空灭菌器的两个不同程序均能使牙科手机达到无菌水平,两个程序生物PCD测试均合格,快速程序中化学PCD监测均不合格,在通用程序合格率93.3%。结论小型预真空灭菌器的两个不同程序均可用于牙科手机的灭菌,化学PCD通过率低,安全系数最高,无生物监测条件的医疗机构可选用化学PCD对小型预真空灭菌器的通用程序进行灭菌效果监测。
OBJECTIVE To verify the sterilization efficacy of difference procedures in small pre-vacuum sterilizer by using chemical PCD,biological PCD and artificially inoculated dental handpiece,and select a simple,safe and feasible sterilization monitoring method.METHODS Inoculated dental handpiece,chemical PCD and biological PCD were put above the vent of the small pre-vacuum sterilizer,and the universal sterilization procedure and the rapid sterilization procedure were selected respectively.After finishing a sterilization cycle,the chemical PCD,biological PCD and dental handpiece were taken out and the results were observed and recorded.RESULTS The dental handpiece could reach SAL after sterilized in small pre-vacuum sterilizer with both sterilization procedures.The biological PCD test showed 'passed' in both procedures.The chemical PCD monitoring showed 'failed' in rapid sterilization procedure and the qualified rate was 93.3% in universal sterilization procedure.CONCLUSION Both of the universal procedure and rapid procedure could be adopted when the dental handpiece is sterilized in small pre-vacuum sterilizer.The chemical PCD monitoring is more strict and safe for sterilization.The chemical PCD monitoring can serve as an efficient monitoring system for the universal sterilization procedure.It can be adopted as sterilization monitoring method in the health facilities where can not perform the biological monitoring.
