应用虚拟现实技术培训降低职业暴露的发生

Virtual reality technology training reduces occupational exposure

目的应用虚拟现实技术模拟职业防护的各种场景进行培训,降低医务人员职业暴露的发生。方法采用虚拟现实技术在医院感染管理中开展教学培训,通过模拟职业暴露控制方面的不同场景,进行直观培训。结果培训后全院职业暴露发生率明显低于培训前,从0.07%减少为0.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术培训能够提高受训者的职业防护技巧,纠正不良的职业习惯,降低职业暴露的发生。

OBJECTIVE To apply the virtual reality technology to simulate various kinds of scene trainings in occupational protection in order to reduce the occupational exposure.METHODS Using the virtual reality technology,training of nosocomial infection management was carried out.Through the simulation of different scenes in controlling occupational exposure,intuitive training was carried out.All trainees participated directly in gamer identity in order to carry on the man-machine conversation.RESULTS After the training,the rate of the whole hospital′s occupational exposure was obviously lower than before.It dropped from 0.07% to 0.03%.CONCLUSION Training with the virtual reality technology can enhance the trainees′ occupational protection skills,correct bad professional habits and reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure.
