泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌感染的治疗与控制进展 被引量:26

摘要 鲍氏不动杆菌是革兰阴性杆菌,是抗酸不动杆菌种属,目前成为世界范围医院感染的重要致病菌,它具有多种耐药机制,并出现耐药菌株[1],导致临床治疗困惑。美国疾病控制预防中心(CDC)统计,〉300所美国医院的监测结果显示[2],抗酸杆菌如鲍氏不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的耐药率从1995年的9.0%上升至2005年的40.0%。1996-2003年北京协和医院分离的鲍氏不动杆菌对于亚胺培南的耐药率〈5.0%,
