摘要 介绍一种新型聚羧酸接枝保坍剂(JL-PC)的合成,研究了该保坍剂在混凝土中的使用效果。结果表明,与单掺减水剂(HS-1)的混凝土相比,复掺减水剂(HS-1)和保坍剂(JL-PC)的混凝土在保坍性能上具有明显的优势。尤其当保坍剂JL-PC掺量为水泥用量的0.09%时,混凝土的各项性能达到最佳:减水率达31.9%,泌水率降至0.4%,坍落度达到25.9 cm,60 min内坍落度基本无损失;3、7、28 d抗压强度及抗压强度比也达到最大。 The synthesis of a novel poly-carboxylic grafted slump retaining agent named as JL-PC has been introduced and the use effect of the slump retaining agent in concrete experiments has been particularly studied. The results indicate that the concrete mixed with water reducer(HS-1) and slump retaining agent(JL-PC) has a better performance of slump retention than the concrete only mixed with water reducer (HS-1). In particular, when the content of slump retaining agent is 0.09% of cement amount,the properties of concrete reach high-points:water-reducing rate is 31.9%. The slump loss is 25.9 cm,which basically keep no change within 60 min. The bleeding rate drops to 0.4%. The compressive strength and the rate of compressive strength in 3,7,28 d also have the optimum effect.
