烧结分层制粒工艺研究

摘要 合理的烧结制粒可以较好地应对原料的变化,并可得到较高的烧结利用系数和较好的还原性能。通过实验研究发现,用传统的烧结制粒工艺处理像褐铁矿这类多孔的铁矿石,烧结利用系数、冷强度和还原性都下降;而采用基于原料性质的分层制粒工艺不但可以减少烧结矿过熔,而且液相流动性也得到改善,因此烧结矿强度明显提高,料层透气性增加,从而使利用系数显著提高。 Reasonable sintering granulating can better respond to changes of raw materials, and a higher sintering utilization coefficient and better reducibility can be obtained. It was discovered from experimental study that when using traditional sintering granulating process to treat iron ores such as porous limonite, the sintering productivity,cold strength and reducibility decline;when using layered granulating process based on raw material properties,not only over-melting of sinter can be reduced,but also liquid flow can be improved, therefore, the strength of sinter is improved significantly, the sintering bed permeability increases, and utilization coefficient is increased remarkably.
