湘钢180m^2烧结机主风机转子国产化实践

Localized Practice of Main Exhauster Fan Rotor for 180m^2 Sinter Machine of Xiangsteel

针对湘钢炼铁厂180 m2烧结机主风机(从英国豪顿公司引进)存在的问题,提出了在线修复和转子国产化的解决方案。本文介绍了风机转子国产化实施过程中遇到的设计、安装等问题及其解决办法,试运行过程的调整,投入运行一段时间后的测试,总结了风机转子国产化后实施的效果。

In view of the problems of the main exhauster fan （imported from English Howden company） for 180m2 sinter machine of Xiangsteel iron-making plant, the solution of on-line restoration and rotor localization was put forward. The design and installation problems encountered during implementation process of fan rotor localization and their solutions, the adjustment during test run, the test after a period of operation etc were presented in the paper, and the effect of fan rotor localization implementation was summarized.
