马钢第一炼铁总厂烧结圆筒混合机给料圆盘改造

Reconstruction of Disc Feeder for Drum Mixer in Sintering Plant of Masteel No.1 Iron-Making Plant

针对马钢一铁烧结分厂二次混合机给料圆盘故障频繁,严重影响生产的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了相应的改造方案,并予以实施。改造后运行至今,除日常点检、维护外,从未因故障影响烧结机作业,变频器频率为35 Hz时,给料量可达到420 t/h,完全满足生产需求。

In view of frequent failure of disc feeder for secondary mixer in sintering branch factory of Masteel No. 1 Iron- Making plant, the problems which badly affect production were analyzed, corresponding reconstruction scheme was proposed based on this and implementation was then carried out. After the reconstruction,except for daily check and maintenance,sinter machine operation has never been affected due to failure, when frequency of frequency converter is 35Hz, the feed rate can reach 420t/h, which can fully meet production requirements.
