摘要
基于转底炉直接还原工艺,以钒钛磁铁矿为原料进行压制球团工艺研究,以湿球落下强度作为考察指标,通过正交实验研究了矿粉粒度、煤粉粒度、配碳量及水分等因素对该指标的影响,并对其影响规律进行了分析。得出最佳压球工艺参数为:矿粉和煤粉中-200目比例分别占15%和65%,配碳量(C/O)为1.2,水分加入量为11%。此组合下的湿球落下强度为14.8次,完全可以满足转底炉生产要求。
Based on the rotary hearth furnace (RHF) direct reduction process,vanadium titano-magnetites are used as raw materials for research of cold briquetting pelletizing process. The influences of ore fines particle size,coal fines particles size and carbon ratio etc, on the wet green drop index were studied through orthogonal experiment, and their influencing regularities ,sere analyzed. The optimal process parameters are as follows: the ore fines and coal fines should contain minus 200 mesh 15 % and 65% respectively, C/O (carbon ratio) is 1.2 and moisture water addition is 11%. Under this condition, the wet-drop strength can be up to 14.9 times, which fully meets the requirement of the rotary hearth furnace (RHF) production process.
