摘要 活性焦(炭)干法烟气净化技术具有高度环保、深度节水、集成净化、资源回收、适应面广和运行稳定等特点,在烧结烟气脱硫脱硝脱二英(PCDD/F)中得到了日益广泛的关注。本文介绍了活性焦(炭)干法烟气净化技术的特点和工艺,并对其应用于烧结烟气集成净化进行了技术经济分析。结果认为,该技术适应烧结烟气脱硫、脱硝和脱二英(PCDD/F)特点,是一种适合在烧结烟气脱硫、脱硝和脱二英(PCDD/F)领域推广的先进环保技术。 Dry activated coke (carbon) flue gas purification technology is paid more attention in sintering flue gas desulphurization,denitrification and de-dioxin (PCDD/F),since the technology has the characteristics of highly environmental protection, depth water saving,integrated purification, resources recovery, wide adaptability and stable operation. In this paper, characteristics and process of dry activated coke (carbon) flue gas purification technology were introduced,and its application in integrated purification of sintering flue gas was analyzed technically and economically. It is thought that the dry activated coke (carbon) flue gas purification technology is appropriate for the characteristics of sintering flue gas desulphurization, denitrification and de-dioxin(PCDD/F). It is an advanced environmental technology and can be greatly popularized in sintering flue gas desulphurization,denitrification and de-dioxin(PCDD/F) industry.
