摘要 通过对模具企业生产流程及特点的调查分析,针对模具企业生产过程中知识的获取及管理困难等问题,对工作流技术在模具企业知识获取与管理中的应用进行了研究。提出基于工作流的知识获取方法,在此基础上设计并开发了基于工作流的模具企业知识管理系统,给出了系统的架构、功能及实现机制。系统有效地实现了模具企业生产过程中知识的获取与管理。 In view of the difficulties in knowledge acquisition and management in the production process in mold enterprise, study was made on the application of workflow technology in the knowledge acquisition and management based on investigation and analysis of production processes and characteristics in mold enterprise. A knowledge acquisition method based on workflow was proposed, on which a knowledge management system based on workflow was developed. The architecture, function and implementation mechanism of the system were provided.
