摘要
通过对薄钼皮零件的工艺制定和工艺计算、退火温度、正反拉深时应力及金属流动状态进行分析,设计了一副正反拉深复合模,阐述了模具关键零件的设计要点,保证了零件尺寸要求,消除了零件球面起皱等缺陷。
A combined obverse and reverse redrawing die was designed based on analysis on the determination and calculation of forming process for a thin molybdenum slice part, the annealing temperature, drawing stress and metal flow status. The key die parts were developed and the wrinkling defect in the spherical surface was eliminated.
