摘要
本文在回顾我国林业科技成就和总结分析目前林业生产中亟待解决的主要技术问题的基础上,提出为满足建设完备的林业生态体系和发达的林业产业体系的技术需求,实现林业发展由资源开发型向生态环境保育型林业的转变,由数量规模经营型向质量效益经营型林业的转变,由粗放经营向集约经营的转变,实现林业的可持续发展,林业科技要以保障森林资源的恢复与保护、提高林业资源综合生产能力和利用率、强化森林的生态功能和产业功能为重点,在森林资源培育、林业生态环境建设和林产品高效利用等3个发展方向和10个重点领域开展科学技术研究.
:Based on the analysis of the successes of the forestry science and technology and the imperativesolved problem in the practice productions of the forestry,the article puts forward that the scientific and tech-nological demands of perfect forestry ecology system for environmental conservation and the developedforestry production system. It should be turned into the forestry development patterns from the resources ex-ploiting to ecology environmental conservation, from the quantity ?scale management to quality ?benefit management, form the extensive cultivation to intensive cultivation and in order to implement the forestry sustainable development. The key fields of the forestry scientific and technological development should be to recover and protect the forest resources, to enhance the forestry resources comprehensive productivity and the utilization efficiency and to intensify function of forest ecological conservation and productions. We should carried on the research work of the ten key fields in three development directions that are forestry resources cultivation,forest ecological environment construction and high-efficiency utilization of forest production.
