长白落叶松插穗内源激素变化与不定根产生的关系 被引量:30

摘要 以长白落叶松采穗圆和扦插床的稳条为材料.应用间接酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)测定法。研究采穗母树在不同发育时期、插条在生根过程中的内源激素变化。结果表明:长白落叶松采穗母树和插条在不同时期的内源激素含量均有显著差异.插穗自扦插后GA4的含量显著增加.IPA的含量也高于对照;ABA的含量没有增加,反而有所下降。GA4、IPA在插条的愈伤组织形成及不定根产生过程中起促进作用。采穗母树的内源激素变化与插条的内源激素变化相反。根据采稳母树各生长期的激素变化及其它条件.可以确定最佳采穗期为7月初。 The softwood cuttings of Larix olgensis from the nursery and the cuttings-bed were used as materials.The endogenous hormone changes of cutting woods trees in different growing stages and those of softwoodcuttings during cutting period were studied by the means of ELISA. There were significant variations in theendogenous hormones of cutting woods trees and cuttings. After softwood cuttings the content of GA4increased significantly. and the content of IPA was also higher than that of the contrast. While the contentof ABA was in the contrary situation, it decreased. GA4 and IPA could prornote callus growing andadventitious roots emerging. The endogenous hormone changes of cutting woods trees and those ofsoftwood cuttings were contrarieties. According to the endogenous hormone changes of cutting trees indifferent growing Period and other situations, the best time of cuttage is in early July.
