On the Effect of Scientific and Technological Progress and Its Applications in the Various Factors of Military Transformation

从科学技术与军事系统互动史的视角,分4个方面考察了科学技术的发展与军事系统演化的关系,提出科技进步及其应用可以推动武器装备体系化、智能化,可以促发军事组织形态演变,可以推动军事理论创新,可以扩展军事手段和战场资源。因此,推进中国特色军事变革的伟大事业需要充分重视科学技术的作用,坚持科技强军战略不动摇。

From the angle of the interaction history of science ＆ technology and military systems, this article examines the relationship between the military system evolution and science ＆ technology development from four aspects and proposes that scientific and technological progress and its applications can promote the systemization and intelligence of weapons, lead to morphological evolution of military organization, promote innovation in military theory, and extend military means and bat- tlefield resources. Therefore, in order to promote military reform with Chinese characteristics, we should pay great attention to the role of science and technology and adhere to the strategy of strengthening our national defence through science and technology.
