摘要
标杆管理是现代企业追求卓越的最有效管理方法之一。目前高校传统的科研管理模式已不能满足当今知识经济时代快速发展的趋势,希望以标杆管理在企业中的应用为借鉴,探讨标杆管理在高校科研管理工作中的应用,以此改进高校科研管理现状,促进学校的可持续发展。
Benchmarking is one of the most effective management methods in modem enterprises. The traditional science research management in universities and colleges at present cannot meet the requirements of knowledge - economy age. This paper hopes to use the cases that benchmarking has applied in the enterprises successfully as reference and discuss how to use this method in university science research management, aiming to improve the level of science research management and promote the sustainable development of universities and colleges.
