摘要
高等院校的科研活动是国家科研体系的重要组成部分,对高校科研效率进行科学合理的评价既有利于高校自身的发展建设,又有利于政府合理配置科技资源。运用数据包络分析方法对江苏省30所本科院校在1999—2003年和2007这6年中的科研效率进行了评价分析。研究表明,江苏省本科院校的科研活效率这6年一直处于波动中,科研效率普遍不高,各个院校科研效率差距较大,多数高校可以通过扩大科研规模来提高科研效率。
Universities play an important role in the development of a country, and the scientific research of universities contributes most to the country＇ s innovation. Therefore to assess the efficiency of scientific research of universities is necessary. This paper applies Data Envelopment Analysis （DEA） to assess the efficiency of scientific research of universities in Jiangsu province from more than 28 universities for the year 1999 -2003 and 2007. Study showed： technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of universities in Jiangsu province continuously fluctuated, and technical efficiency was low on average; there were huge differences between the efficient DMU and the inefficient. According to the analysis, the productivity, management level and scale of scientific research should be improved in universities of Jiangsu province.
