摘要
针对高校研究生知识产权素养偏低的问题,首先通过SWOT分析方法对研究生知识产权素质教育的S(优势)、W(劣势)、O(机会)、T(威胁)进行定性分析;然后把SWOT组中包含的各因素作为AHP的各因素构造层次结构模型和判断矩阵,计算各因素相对于目标问题的重要性权重并进行排序;最后通过SWOT四边形给出策略选择的顺序,依次为:SO战略、ST战略、WO战略、WT战略,以利于高校抓住问题的关键,有效提升研究生知识产权素养。
Aiming at the problem of low literacy, the paper fist qualitatively analyses S ( strengths), W ( weaknesses), O (opportunities) and T (threats) about IP quality education of graduate through the SWOT analysis method, then takes each factor in the group of SWOT as the factors in AHP, establishes a hierarchical structure model and judge matrix, calculates the importance of various factors relative to the target weight and makes sorting. Finally, the paper presents the choices through SWOT quadrilateral, which are in turn SO strategies, ST strategies, WO strategies and WT strategies, in order to help universities grasp the key issues and effectively promote the intellectual property literacy of graduate students.
