摘要
借鉴当今世界领先国家所提出的"职位、素质、绩效、价值观、市场竞争力"等薪酬管理核心理念,利用"激励理论、公平理论、组织行为、绩效管理"等人力资源管理知识,结合作者多年在大型国有科研企业薪酬体系建设管理工作体会,以管理实践为视角提出了企业薪酬体系设计应重点把握"目标定位清晰、薪酬标准策划、激励模式应用、结构比例调节、岗位层级设置、公平认同关注"等6大管理实践重点,最后提出了基于管理实践有效性为标准的企业薪酬体系设计基本判断。
This report has used world - advanced salary management theory such as position, personality, performance, value and competitive power for reference, and also cited human resource management knowledge such as inspiration theory, justice theory, organization performance, and effectiveness management, etc. On the basis of salary system construction experience in a large - scaled state - owned institute, this paper has proposed six management emphases for salary system design including clean target, standard salary design, inspiration application, proportion adjustment, position plan, and equality attention. At last, this paper has put forward a basic evaluation standard for increasing management practice effectiveness.
