摘要
介绍了柔性规划方法。结合燃气专项规划实例,探讨了柔性规划在燃气专项规划中的应用,得到了综合考虑初始投资额与补偿投资额的总体最优方案。提高了规划方案对规划区域发展建设水平的适应性,增强了方案的灵活性。
The flexible planning method is introduced. The application of flexible planning to gas special planning is discussed with a gas special planning case, and an overall optimal scheme considering the initial investment and compensation investment is obtained. The adaptability of planning scheme to development and construction level of the planning region is improved, and the flexibility of the scheme is enhanced.
