摘要
目的通过对人类的喉癌组表达差异中的高、低分化癌组之间的相互差异性的研究,运用网上数据库对不同蛋白点的肽指纹图进行分析和鉴定。方法选取本院耳鼻喉科2011年1~5月喉癌患者的病理临床资料进行回顾性分析与研究。结果随机将新鲜喉癌标本分为高分化癌组和低分化癌组,并提取两组的组织总蛋白进行双向凝胶电泳分析,将分析结果与正常黏膜组织对照,将得到的高分化与低分化癌组织之间的表达式进行比较分析。结论高分化癌组织与低分化癌组织的表达显示,喉癌细胞的分化程度与蛋白质组学的关系极为密切。
Objective To study on differences of human laryngeal carcinoma group expression in high, low cancer group, using online databases of different protein spots of the peptide fingerprint analysis and identification. Methods Analysis and study on ENT pathology retrospectively clinical data from 2011 January to 2011 May in our hospital. Results The fresh specimens of laryngeal carcinoma classified as well-differentiated cancer group and the low differentiation cancer group. The extraction of two groups of tissue protein, for two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, compared to the normal mucosa tissue. Conclusion High differentiation carcinoma and poorly differentiated cancer tissues expression shows, laryngeal cancer cell differentiation and proteomics have very close relationship.
