摘要
目的探讨慢性支气管炎与T淋巴细胞各亚群之间的关系。方法运用流式细胞仪对健康人以及慢性支气管炎患者体内各个T淋巴细胞亚群进行计数检测,并通过检测数据分析慢性支气管炎患者体内的T淋巴细胞亚群功能变化。结果与对照组比较,慢支患者体内T淋巴细胞各亚群紊乱,其中CD4+淋巴细胞增多,CD8+淋巴细胞减少,TNF活性增强,Th/Tc水平降低,Th1细胞数目增多,Th2数目减少,二者比值增大。结论慢性支气管炎患者体内的T淋巴细胞亚群数目的变化导致患者体内免疫功能紊乱,而免疫功能的紊乱加剧了病情的恶化,所以治疗过程中需要配合免疫类药物协同治疗才能达到最好的效果。
Objective To investigate relationships of subsets in the chronic bronchitis and T-lymphocyte. Methods Used flow eytometry detect the number of T lymphocyte subsets in patients of ehronie bronchitis and healthy people in vivo, and then analyzed the data. Results The T lymphocyte subsets of patients with chronic bronchitis were disorders, including an increased CD4＋ lymphoeytes, CD8＋lymphoeytes decreased, TNF activity increased, Th/Te had lower level, Thl cells increased, Th2 reduced and higher ratio Th1/Th2. Conclusion Immune dysfunction of patients with ehronie bronchitis is due to the change of T-lymphocyte subsets number. Immune dysfunction deteriorate the disease, so in the treatment process, we need immune drugs to achieve the best effect.
