摘要
目的研究强直性脊柱炎的临床特点。方法采用横断面调查的方法,收集强直性脊柱炎病例资料和相关的临床资料进行分析和比较。结果不同性别在首发部位、中轴关节炎、周围关节炎差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对强直性脊柱炎患者的临床资料进行分析发现,红细胞计数、血红蛋白、IgA三项在不同性别之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合患者的临床表现、实验室指标,加强对AS患者的早期诊断,实现治疗,改善预后。
Objective To study the clinical characters of the ankylosing spondylitis. Methods The method of cross-section was used, and the relevant clinical data was collected and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between male and female in starting position, axial arthritis, and peripheral arthritis （P 〉 0.05）. It was found that the red blood cell count, hemoglobin and IgA were significantly different in different gender （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It is important to enhance the early diagnosis of AS patients combined with the clinical manifestations and laboratory parameters. Also it is necessary to achieve and improve prognosis.
