神经节苷脂治疗脑性瘫痪40例疗效观察

The clinical application and effect of the ganglioside for cerebral palsy

目的分析神经节苷脂治疗脑性瘫痪的临床疗效,总结其临床价值。方法回顾性分析具有完整临床资料的2008年1月～2010年12月来我院就诊的脑性瘫痪患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。治疗组给予神经节苷脂20 mg静脉滴注,疗程10 d,治疗周期为5个疗程。对照组给予胞二磷胆碱20 mg静脉滴注,疗程10 d,治疗周期为5个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为90.00%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用神经节苷脂治疗脑性瘫痪具有疗效好、不良反应小等特点,能够促进脑组织的恢复。

Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effective of the ganglioside which were used to therapy in cerebral palsy, and then to summary the clinical value. Methods Choosed 40 patients with cerebral palsy as subjects, who came our hospital in the period from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010. Retrospective studying all of their clinical dates, these patients were divided randomly into two groups： observation group and control group, every group had 20 patients, the observation group＇s patients therapied by ganglioside 20 mg intravenously guttae, the control group＇s patients therapied by cytidine diphosphate choline 20 mg intravenously guttae.One course of the treatment include 10 days. All the treatment need continue 5 courses. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%, there was ststistical significance between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ganglioside used in the cerebral palsy is effective and has minor adverse reaction which can improve the recover of brain tissue.
