锁定解剖钢板治疗股骨近端骨折的研究

Locking plate for treating of proximal femoral fractures:An anatomic study

目的研究股骨近端骨折锁定解剖钢板内固定的治疗经验。方法回顾分析45例股骨近端骨折应用锁定解剖钢板内固定手术治疗临床资料。结果随访3～36个月,疗效满意,骨折全部愈合,愈合时间为6～14周,1例锁定螺钉击穿股骨头。结论锁定钢板内固定是治疗股骨近端骨折较为理想的内固定方法。选择适应证、熟练的手术操作技术、正确的康复锻炼方法是取得满意治疗效果的关键。

Objective To study the anatomy of proximal femoral locking plate fixation of fractures of the treatment experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of 45 cases of proximal femoral fractures anatomic locking plate fixation surgery clinical data. Results Follow-up 3 to 36 months, results were satisfactory, all fractures healed, the healing time of 6 to 14 weeks, 1 case of breakdown of the femoral head locking screws. Conclusion Locking plate fixation is the treatment of proximal femoral fracture fixation methods more desirable. Selected indications, skilled surgical technique, the correct method of rehabilitation exercises is the key to achieve a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
