摘要
由于石油化工企业有火灾爆炸的危险特性,固定式消防设计应本着可靠、科学、严谨、留有余量的原则。经过较为广泛的现场调研,对现有企业固定式消防设施存在的一些问题,如防火间距、消防水池补水、设计余量、火灾场景不确定性影响等问题进行了分析和探讨。提出了针对性的建议措施,为相关设计提供借鉴和参考。
Petrochemical plants have a high risk of fire and explosion, the fixed fire fighting system design should follow the principles of reliability, reasonability, preciseness and reasonable margin. Through an extensive field investigation, the existing problems in fixed fire fighting facilities, such as fire protection spacing, fire water replenishment, design margin and influence from uncertainty of emergency scene are evaluated and discussed. The corresponding recommendations and measures are also proposed to provide valuable references for fire fighting system design.
