Three Ideas on Music Education

乐教是教师素质的表现,也是教学追求的目标;是党和人民对教师的殷切希望,也是时代赋予教师的神圣使命。新形势下,人民教师实现乐教必须在三个方面提高认识,即勤奋是乐教的必由之路、明德是乐教的力量之源、精熟是乐教的看家之宝。在提高认识的基础上身体力行,就一定能成为受学生爱戴、让人民满意的教师。

Music education reflects the quality of teachers and is the teaching goal;it is not only the Party and people＇s ardent hope for teachers,but also the sacred mission entrusted by the times.Under the new situation teachers should raise awareness in three aspects in order to realize music education： the hard work is the essential way to teach music;virtue is the source of the power to teach.music;mastery is the key to music teaching.Based on enhanced awareness,teachers should put it into action to become admired by students and make the people satisfied.
