Reform Legal Teaching Methods to Train Practical Law Talents

应用型法律人才是当前法学本科的培养目标,而教学方法对于应用型法律人才的培养至关重要。在法学教学方法的选择上,应当以培养学生的实践能力为重心,改革传统的教学方法,坚持多元化原则,根据教学目标、教学内容、学科特点等综合考虑,并且在具体工作中正确理解、科学实施,才能对培养应用型法律人才起到较好的作用。

Practical law talents are the cultivation goal of current law undergraduate.Teaching methods are important to train the practical law talents.In choosing legal teaching methods,we should focus on the cultivation of students＇ practicality,reform the traditional methods,put emphasis on practical abilities,insist on the principle of diversification,and consider comprehensively based on teaching targets,contents,characteristics of disciplines,etc.Moreover,we should correctly understand and scientifically apply these methods in order to get better effects in practical law talent cultivation.
