The Comments on MENG Hao-ran's Poems by People of Tang Dynasty

唐人评论诗人有两个特点:一是重视知人论世;二是具备整体性思维方式。唐人如王士源、殷璠、皮日休等对孟浩然诗歌的评论,较之后人更能揭示孟浩然的艺术造诣,也对研究孟浩然在唐诗发展中的地位有着更为重要的作用。皮日休对孟浩然诗歌的评论更具特点,他从一个更为广阔的诗歌背景,揭示出了包括孟浩然诗歌在内的盛唐诗风,是在对建安诗风与六朝诗艺的辩证继承、成功融合的基础上产生的,极符合唐诗繁荣与发展的规律。

There are two characteristics Of people of relation between nature of man and the world ; the other is Tang Dynasty to comment the poets： one stresses the having integral way of thinking. Commentators in the Tang Dynasty such as WANG Shi-yuan, YIN Fan, PI Ri-xiu, whose comments were more revealing than the later people＇s commentators and more important to the research on MENG Hao-ran. PI Ri-xiu＇s comment on MENG Hao-ran was more special. He revealed the poem style of flourishing Tang Dynasty including MENG Hao-ran＇s poems, which was based on the dialectical inheritance of poems during Jian-an period and poetry of Six Dynasties and meet the laws of development and prosperity of Tang poetry from a broader background of poems.
