银杏达莫注射液对冠心病PCI术后患者QT离散度的影响

Effect of Yinxingdamo Injection on QT Dispersion in Coronary Heart Disease Patients after PCI Treatment

目的观察银杏达莫注射液对冠心病(CHD)患者PCI术后QT离散度(QTd)的影响,进一步探讨其临床应用价值。方法 216例冠心病接受PCI治疗患者,随机分为银杏达莫干预组112例,常规治疗组104例,分别测量两组患者手术前后及术后10d的QTd。同时测定对照者QTd。结果 (1)冠心病患者QTd较对照者明显延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者PCI术后QTd明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)常规治疗组QTd术后10d较术后1d有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义;银杏达莫干预组术后10d较术后1d QTd明显下降,差异有统计学意义。(4)术后10d,银杏达莫干预组较常规治疗组QTd明显缩短,差异有统计学意义。结论银杏达莫注射液可有效降低冠心病PCI术后患者的QTd,有很好的临床使用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of Yinxingdamo injection on QT dispersion in coronary heart disease pa- tients after PCI treatment, and further explore its clinical value. Methods 216 cases of coronary heart disease patients received PCI treatment were randomly divided into Yinxingdamo injection intervention group （112 cases） and conventional treatment group （ 104 cases）. QTd of the 2 groups were measured before and after PCI and 10 days after PCI. Determination of the normal controls QTd measured at the same time. Results （ 1 ） QTd in coronary heart disease patients was longer than the normal con- trois, the difference was significant （P 〈0. 05）. （2） QTd of the two groups of patients after PCI was significantly shorter than that of before PCI （P 〈0. 05）. （3） QTd of 10 days after PCI in conventional treatment group had a downward trend than that of 1 day after PCI, but the difference was not significant; otherwise the difference was significant in Yinxingdamo injection interven- tion group. 4. QTd was decreased signifycantly in Yinxingdamo injection intervention group compared with that of conventional treatment group 10 days after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yinxingdamo injection can effectively reduce QTd in coronary heart disease patients after PCI treatment, it has a good clinical value.
