倍他乐克治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Metoprolol for Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Clinical Curative Effect

目的分析倍他乐克对慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效的影响。方法选取慢性心力衰竭患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组治疗给予强心、利尿、ACEI药物;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用倍他乐克,疗程均为3个月,观察两组心脏指数及疗效。结果观察组心功能改善情况、总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后的心率、血压、LVEF变化观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analysis of metoprolol on chronic congestive heart failure, curative effect. Methods 70 cases of chronic heart failure patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated to give strong heart, diuresis, ACEI drug; the observation group in the control group, treatment with meto- prolol for G, the course of treatment was 3 months, two groups of cardiac index and curative effect observation. Results The observation group improved cardiac function,the total efficieney is better than that of control group（P 〈0. 05 ） ;The two groups before and after treatment of heart rate, blood pressure, LVEF change in observation group than in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Metoprolol G can significantly improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients.
