摘要
针对某型号等温锻造液压机滑块速度的控制要求,提出基于免疫控制的PID算法,设计出免疫PID控制器并应用于等温锻造机的滑块速度控制中,仿真结果和系统实际运行效果表明:免疫PID控制性能要优于传统PID控制,具有较高的控制精度和较强的鲁棒性,且满足等温锻造液压机滑块速度的控制要求。该技术已成功应用于大型数控薄板冲压液压机的控制系统中。
In order to reach the control requirements of slipper block speed isothermal forging hydrostatic machine, one PID algorithm which based on immune algorithm was provided. Immune PID controller was designed and applied in the control of slipper block speed. The results of simulation and operation in practical system show that the performance of immune PID controller is superior to traditional one. Furthermore, it has better accuracy in control system and more strong robust which can meet the slipper speed control demand of isothermal forging hydrostatic machine. This technology has already been applied successfully in large Numerical Control plate stamping hydraulic control system.
