扇形螺旋板螺旋流道流场的数值模拟研究

摘要 采用Fluent软件对扇形螺旋板狭缝螺旋流道的气相流场进行三维数值模拟。因螺旋流含有较大的涡量和动能,在速度较小时表现为湍流。分别采用层流模型和湍流模型,对各种流量情况进行计算,求得扇形螺旋板狭缝螺旋流道层流稳定流动的流量范围以及其流场分布特点,为合理设计扇形螺旋板狭缝螺旋流道提供依据。 A three dimensional numerical simulation was carried out to the air-phase flow fields of the spiral flow sector with combing crevice based on the Fluent software. Because the spiral flow has much eddy kinetic energy, it is usually a turbulent flow in slow velocity. Many cases of different flow flux were calculated by using laminar flow and turbulent flow models in turn, then the range of flux of laminar stable flow and properties of flow field were found in the spiral sector flow with combing crevice. The research results provide foundation for reasonable design of its flow.
