摘要
以一种典型的挖掘机多路阀为例,利用AMESim软件的HCD液压元件库构建多路阀的模型以及挖掘机液压系统的仿真模型,验证多路阀的动态特性,为多路阀设计中的参数选择提供参考。
A multi-passage valve of a typical hydraulic excavator was taken as example. HCD hydraulic component library of AMESim was used to build the model of the multi-passage valve and the simulation model of the excavator hydraulic system. The dynamic characteristics of the multi-passage valve were proved. The research results provide reference for the parameter selection for multi-passage valve designing.
