摘要
研究了复合电沉积法制备的α -Al2 O3/Cu、TiC/Cu和TiC&CaF2 /Cu复合材料的摩擦学性能及磨损机理。实验结果表明 ,颗粒的含量对磨损率有显著的影响 ,并且TiC&CaF2 /Cu是一种很好的减摩、耐磨材料。另外 ,显微照片显示 ,磨粒磨损和粘着磨损在磨损过程中占主导地位。
The tribology properties and wear mechanism of Al 2O 3,TiC,and TiC&CaF 2 particles reinforced copper composites by eletrodeposit have been investigated.The test results show that the content of the particles has great effect on the wearability of the composites and TiC&CaF 2/Cu is a kind of good antifrictional and antiwear material.In addition,the worn surface morphologies prove that the particle wear and adhesive wear are dominant.
