试论公共文化服务体系构建的路径

On the Path Reconstruction of the Service System for Public Culture

加强公共文化服务是实现人民基本文化权益的主要途径,推动社会主义文化繁荣,必须要建立覆盖城乡、结构合理、功能健全和实用高效的公共文化服务体系。本文从建设公共文化服务体系的重要性、公共文化服务体系建设取得的成效、以及存在的问题出发,提出推进文化体制改革,提高公共文化服务水平,发展公共文化产品和开展公共文化活动,从而构建公共文化服务体系。

The strengthening of public cultural service is the main way to realize people＇s interests of basic cultural rights.To promote social and cultural prosperity,we must establish a service system for public culture which covers urban and rural areas,and has reasonable structure,perfect function and high efficiency.From the importance of the construction of public cultural service,the results of public cultural services and the problems of public cultural service,this article suggested to promote the reform of the cultural management system,improve the public culture service level,develop public cultural products and launch public cultural activities so as to construct the public cultural service system.
