工资改革:缩小我国收入差距的现实选择

A Practical Choice for Reducing the Gap of Income in China——Reform in Wage System

改革开放以来,随着市场经济的不断发展,我国居民收入不断增加,人民生活水平大幅度提高,然而,我们也看到,我国居民的收入差距逐步形成并且正在进一步扩大。本文首先从城乡、地区、行业以及不同阶层居民之间的收入差距四个方面分析了我国目前收入差距现状。其次,从不同角度分析了我国收入差距产生和扩大的原因。最后从工资改革的角度,对缩小我国收入差距的现实选择提出建议。

Since the carrying out of the reform and open policy,Chinese people have got higher living standard.But,at the same time,the gap between the wealthy and the poor has become wider.This thesis firstly analyses the present situation and the increasingly widening trend of the income gap from aspects of the gap between cities and countryside,gap between different districts,different professions,and different groups.Secondly,the thesis looks into the causes of the income gap in China from the perspectives of the history,the relative policies and the theory of income distribution from Marx.Last but not the least,this thesis puts forward one of the practical choices to narrow the gap of income in China —— the reform in wage system.
