摘要
通过对阳极炭块实施上下倒角,可有效降低吨铝阳极毛耗。下倒角还可改善阳极底部直角掉粒掉渣,减少槽内炭渣量,促进电解槽稳定运行,经济效益显著。
Chamfering upper and lower anode carbon block can effectively reduce the aluminum anode gross consumption per ton. The chamfering lower anode carbonblock can also improve the phenomenon of dropping carbon particles and slag from right angle of anode bottom, decrease the carbon slag quantities in electrolytic cell and maintain the steady running of electrolytic cell. It can obtain obvious economic benefits.
