摘要
物流园区是现代物流业发展到一定阶段的必然产物,是为了实现物流设施集约化、物流运作共同化、城市物流设施空间布局合理化等目的,在城市周边区域集中建设的物流设施群与众多物流业者在地域上的物理集结地。物流园区的规划建设与运营在世界范围内的发展方兴未艾,也是我国现代物流业发展的一个重要趋势。文中从理论角度,探讨了物流园区规划的条件要素、规划流程,并阐述了物流园区规划的关键问题与需求分析。
Logistics Park is an inevitable product when modern logistics industry develops to a certain stage,an concentrated constructed logistics facilities in peri-urban areas,and a physical staging area of a number of logistics industry group,in order to achieve the purpose of intensification of logistics facilities,joint of logistics operations,and rationalization of spatial layout of peri-urban logistics facilities.The logistics park planning,construction and operation is in the ascendant worldwide,and also an important trend of the development of China＇s modern logistics industry.This article,from the theoretical point of view,discusses the purposes,conditional elements and planning process of logistics park planning,and also discusses the key issues of logistics park planning and demand analysis.
