This paper targeted at small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises procurement practice some problems,through I have long been engaged in manufacturing enterprise procurement practices and procurement management to get some understanding and feelings,from procurement of the view of practice,to the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises procurement practice in the course of the common problems are summarized and listed,at the same time on common problems caused reasons are analyzed,and to solve and avoid the generation of these problems and need countermeasure undertook reflection.
