摘要
电子商务中买卖双方的有限理性与机会主义行为有碍电子商务的发展。文中通过对比电子商务一般模式与团购模式的不对称信息博弈模型,分析买卖双方的交易行为收益,得出团购模式可以激励买卖双方选择(守信,守信),从而促进电子商务的健康发展。
The bounded rationality and the opportunism behavior between the seller and the buyer hindered the development of electronic commerce.This paper compared the general mode of electronic commerce and group purchase mode buy using asymmetric information game model,and analyzed the trading behavior earnings between buyers and sellers.The outcomes revealed that group purchase mode can inspire both parties to choose(trustworthy,trustworthy),so as to promote the healthy development of the electronic commerce.
