摘要
】智能型超声功率计的设计采用了超声辐射压力法,应用荷重传感器进行压力测量。该超声功率计的主要性能为:最大被测超声换能器辐射面直径可达133mm,最大可测超声功率为999-9W,理论分辨率为0-3W。
Ultrasound radiation pressure methodis adopted in the designing of intelligent ultrasonic power meter.Weight sensor is applied to measure the radiation pressure.The maximum diameter of the radiation surface of the measured transducer is 133mm.The aximum measurable ultrasound power is 999.9W.The theoretical resolving power is 0.3W.The minimum measurable ultrasound frequency is 125kHz.
