摘要
旅游设施是提供旅游者旅游需要的基本实体和辅助物,它构成了旅游吸引物和旅游者之间的平台。景区旅游服务的人性化设计与管理,对提高景区服务质量有着重要的意义。本文以泰安岱庙景区为例,对岱庙的服务设施进行调查研究,针对存在问题提出旅游景区人性化服务的改善建议。
Tourist facilities provide basic entities and auxiliary to the traveler's need, tourist facilities constitute the platform between tourist attractions and tourists. It is meaningful to design the tourist service from the view of humanism. With summarizing the problem of Dai Temple's service and put forward improvements which can be implemented.
