The key part of the high resolution detector system, being the nanometric optical fiber probe, is the most important. A specific procedure of fabrication optical fiber probe and gold plating are presented. The high power laser heating the optical fiber and pulling it by gravity is used in this method. The tip of less than 42nm curvature radius is obtained.
