摘要
介绍了一种使用面阵彩色CCD 摄像机和体全息光栅设计的小型光谱仪。该光谱仪使用普通模拟视频信号输出格式,经过带有视频输入接口的计算机显示卡采集信号并实现图像信号的数字化,利用面阵彩色CCD的二维图像特点采用软件去除背景噪声,在达到使用分辨率和精度要求的前提下降低了对CCD 器件性能的要求。从而降低了整机的造价。利用特别设计的局部缩放机构和CCD采集的色彩信息实现了对全光谱的频段细分,在有效像素数不变的情况下提高了系统的物理分辨率。
A design of portable spectrometer is demonstrated, which uses a holographic grating and a video format two dimensional color CCD camera via S video/Composite port to connect with a desktop PC. With special designed zoom in/zoom out mechanics and digital image processing software, two dimensional color CCD can provide higher frequency resolution wider dynamic range and better resistance to background noise than linear black white CCD, since it can gather more spectrum information in a single snapshot. This device can meet variant requirements of spectrum analysis at a very low cost level. Some data generated from the system test show that the overall performance is good enough to be used for color display correction, cross media color compare and biochemical analysis.
