摘要
明清时期,贵州佛教呈现鼎盛之势,众多僧人于黔地传道布教。活动于贵州这片独特自然地理环境中的僧人,其日常生活亦受此环境影响,具有独特而浓郁的地方色彩。明清时期贵州僧人的饮食即能清晰地反映出这一情况。试对此作一探究。
Ming and Qing dynasties witnessed the heyday of Buddhism in Guizhou. A large number of monks worked as missionaries in Guizhou. The monks lived in this unique natural and geographical environment and their daily lives were affected by this environment, which was unique and rich in local flavor. Guizhou monk's diet c during Ming and Qing dynasties clearly reflects this. This article is a tentative study of their diet.
