抗战胜利后湖南农业善后救济工作述论

On the Agricultural Relief and Rehabilitation in Hunan after the Victory of Anti-Japanese War

持续八年的艰苦抗战,使湖南农业蒙受巨大灾难,为恢复农业生产,加快战后重建的步伐,成立于1945年的湖南善后救济分署开展了一系列的农业善后救济工作。农业善后救济工作的展开有效缓解了湖南的灾情,为战后湖南农业的恢复和发展做出了积极贡献。但在农业善后救济过程中,由于主客观条件的制约,也存在诸多不足之处。

In order to restore agricultural production and speed upthe postwar reconstruction, the Hunan branch of the EYRRA founded in 1945 Carried out a series of work of agricultural relief and rehabilitation. Implementation of agricultural relief and rehabilitation effectively alleviated the disaster in Hunan and made positive contributions to the postwar agricultural rehabilitation and development in Hunan. But in agricultural relief and rehabilitation process, due to the subjective and objective factors, there are also many undesired results.
